| This is the story of Reginald "Neli" Latson a 19 year old Autistic young Man Who was arrested for standing up for himself against Racist Police in Stafford County, VA. Neli was beaten, spit on harassed and arrested. Even with the knowledge of his Autism They have kept him Locked up IN THE PENITENTIARY, he has been there for 1 YEAR!
