On Tuesday Actress Daryl Hannah (Kill Bill) & Elijah Zarlin were among the 100+ who were arrested for protesting in front of the White House. The matter at hand is the Keystone Pipeline which would transport over 500,000 barrels of oil per day from Canada down to the Gulf Coast of Texas.
"The Keystone pipeline, if he approves it, is going to cast a huge shadow over our future," -Elijah Zarlin
The Keystone pipeline is a $7 Billion project that is going to lay down the foundation for erasing the borders between the United States, Mexico & Canada in what they call the
North American Union.
If this mission is carried out, what we are facing is the deletion of the Bill of Rights and the constitution. The rights that we were given will be replaced with a new set of laws that will more than likely NOT benefit the public.
Also, arrested was Greenpeace Executive Director Phil Radford.
"We stand here today to just say no to slavery, to just say no to tar, sands, oil, and no to the Keystone pipeline," -Daryl Hannah

Production methods also put off 3-5 times more greenhouse emissions than typical oil production. Spills are another concern with 1,600 mile long pipeline.
